- Secretarial support (telephone / email)
- Retail customer support by phone – questions, clarifications, returns)
- Eshop order management – billing and shipping
- Control and monitoring of stock for sale
- Coordination and execution of e-shop tasks
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (knowledge of other foreign languages will also be appreciated)
- Computer knowledge (knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook will be appreciated)
